2016

Since January 1, 2016, separate divisions of the Baltika Brewing Company (18 divisions in different regions of Russia) have been connected to the EGAIS transport module. The solution supports processing of more than 40,000 documents by production sites (plants), and more than 42,000 documents by separate departments. GP batch management has been started in all plants, including the selection of shipments based on different customer requirements (primarily the remaining shelf life).

[1] The national deployment of the Monolith: CRM system for Megapolis Group of Companies has been completed - an exclusive turnkey solution taking into account the specifics of the Megapolis Group of Companies tobacco business, including the provision of the "first support line," which means supporting all distributors connected to the system directly by the solution supplier. The translation of the Monolith: CRM system to Microsoft SQL Server 2016 has been completed, as a result of which the speed of processing transactions has significantly increased, and the system downtime has been reduced to a minimum when making changes to the system.

Monolit-Info software products are included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases.

2015

The release of a new version of the ERP 6.1 Monolith platform, which significantly expanded the functionality of electronic document management (ECM), enterprise physical asset management (EAM ) modules, marketing activity accounting and control, vendor inventory management automation (VMI), operational shipment planning, warehouse management (Yard Management). In the HRM-solution "Monolith: Personnel," the corporate portal for processing personal information ("personal account") was developed. The CRM solution "Monolith: CRM" was replenished with two new modules - optimizing territories and optimizing day routes. A separate project is the creation of functionality to support the EGAIS system. In March 2015, Monolit-Info was admitted to the Domestic Software Software Developers Association.

2014

Monolit-Info began cooperation with Megapolis Group of Companies, which chose the MONOLIT solution CRM : to automate distribution processes in the tobacco area. Start developing a new version of Monolith ERP 6.1

A large-scale project was implemented to migrate the Baltika CRM solution to Microsoft SQL Server 2012, which put it on a par with the largest installations of MS SQL Server 2012 in Europe. The development of the ERP 6.0 Monolith platform has begun with the inclusion of a number of new functionality.

2011

Specialists of the Russian Register Certification Association in August 2011 conducted a comprehensive check of the Monolit-Info IT services management system for compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 20,000-1: 2011 MS standard. According to the results of the audit, the Monolit-Info IT services management system was recognized as complying with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 20,000-1: 2011 standard for the provision of services for the development, implementation, modification and maintenance of the ERP Monolit software, which received certificate No. 11.0689.026 dated August 23, 2011.
