The largest Russian media holdings among which VGTRK, Channel One, Gazprom Media and "National Media group", announced in July, 2016 creation of "National advertizing alliance" based on which sales of TV advertizing on the largest channels are joint.

Each of media holdings received 25% in the new company. It was headed by the CEO of NRA Oganes Sobolev. The board was also joined by the CEO of Channel One Konstantin Ernst, the CEO of VGTRK Oleg Dobrodeyev, the CEO of JSC Gazprom-media holding Dmitry Chernyshenko, the CEO of National Media Group Ltd Olga Paskina.

The purpose of the created alliance – emergence of uniform marketplace which will consider the interests of television industry and will allow to provide balance of interests of advertisers and broadcasters.

This company succeeded the Video Vi group and a sales house of Gazprom Media and since 2017 sells advertizing practically on all TV. But "The national advertizing alliance" as it became clear, executes only a role of the front office and is responsible for advertizing only in a federal air. "The new service company" became a back office of the megaseller. It renders for remuneration to "National advertizing alliance" IT support, provides analytics and also is engaged in sales of regional TV commercial and advertizing on the Internet.
