NPF Norilsk Nickel is one of the oldest non-state pension funds of Russia.

NPF Norilsk Nickel for 18 years performs activities for provision of pensions and pension insurance of citizens, having license No. 1/2 for implementation of these types of activity.

According to the results of work in 2010 NPF Norilsk Nickel became the leader in involvement of the insured persons in the market of mandatory pension insurance. The fund signs more than 480 thousand agreements on RPE that more than twice exceeds result of 2009.

In 2011 the number of clients of NPF Norilsk Nickel on mandatory pension insurance exceeded one million people.

NPF Norilsk Nickel has wide experience in the field of non-state pension provision. The fund services corporate pension plans more than 60 enterprises. Nearly 100 thousand participants create additional pension in Fund. More than 15,000 people receive additional non-state pension in Fund.

Interesting Facts

In January, 2012 the president of NPF Norilsk Nickel Ekaterina Akifyeva said that the fund prepares the statement in law enforcement agencies concerning damnification for fund by top management of Norilsk Nickel headed by the former CEO, the head of the Onexim group Mikhail Prokhorov. Also the NPF is going to address Prokhorov with the open letter concerning compensation of the losses falling on the means which are saved up for employee benefits of MMC. Akifyeva said that based on management of fund of top management of Norilsk Nickel led by Mikhail Prokhorov the total amount of losses of NPF was 3.1 billion rubles.
