2001

Since 2001 Nikolaevich heads till present educational plant Carkhanin Constantine.

1998

In 1998 the educational plant received the status of the legal entity as Non-state educational institution "Novokuybyshevsk Petrotechnical Educational Plant". The right of implementation of educational activity was affirmed by the License of Head department of formation of administration of the Samara region and the Samara management of Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia. JSC Privolzhsknefteprovod acted as the founder.

1988

Since 1988 on a competitive basis Victor Petrovich Kozhayev who directed collective till 2001 was elected to a position of the director. At the beginning of the 90th the educational plant had not the best times. Many enterprises were insolvent, did not send workers to training. If in the late seventies in it about 1000 workers a year, then at the beginning of the 90th – no more than 300 people studied. Thanks to the skillful management of V.P. Kozhayev and efforts of small collective, the educational plant did not lose the value and continued activity in the field of training of workers of Transneft Company.

1979 - 1988

From 1979 to 1988 Plaksin Alexey Vasilyevich was the director of educational and course plant. Under its management the small collective performed professional training from 500 to 1000 workers in a year.

1974: Creation of the company

Creation of educational plant at Control of the Volga trunk oil pipelines of Glavtransneft of Minnefteprom of the USSR.

From 1974 to 1979 the educational plant was headed by Menkov Fedor Ivanovich. The obligation for creation and providing educational material resources of plant was assigned to the Novokuybyshevsk RNU. In 1979 the plant was transferred to the Central base of production service of UPMN.
