The open university Skolkovo (OTUS) is the program of Skolkovo Foundation for attraction, involvement and integration of students, graduate students, young scientists with scientific and technology and entrepreneurial competences in the innovation ecosystem of Russia. OTUS implements a cycle of programs for development of a youth technology entrepreneurship in regions of the Russian Federation. Among the OTUS key projects – the IdLab and "Innovator's Navigator" programs and also special projects for R&D divisions of the pharmaceutical industry – Pharma’s cool and "Mathematical modeling in pharmaceutics". Project participants of OTUS are students, graduate students and young scientists from leading universities, research institutes and scientific centers, employees of technology startups, young entrepreneurs, innovators and engineers.
