2020: Completion of the transaction on sale in Accenture

The Accenture company announced on August 6, 2020 completion of the transaction on acquisition of the PLM Systems system integrator which is based in Turin. Terms of transaction are not disclosed.

Accenture purchased the Italian developer of PLM systems

The PLM Systems command joins the Italian division of Accenture Industry X.0. It will expand competences Accenture in creation, management and extraction of business advantage from data on products in the field of design, engineering and production.

According to him, the PLM system is an important part of digital production and project development. Emergence as a part of Accenture of strong team will allow to propose to clients more interesting solutions.
