2019: Plans for increase in sales volumes in Russia for 25% using marketplaces

On September 3, 2019 the Perenio IoT company announced that it is going to increase in 2019 sales volumes in Russia by 25% using marketplaces.

It is planned that in the fall of 2019 products of the European producer of management systems for buildings of Perenio IoT will appear in the Russian marketplaces — one of the most perspective formats of the market of e-commerce.

According to consulting company Forrester Research, in 2017 a half of online trade passed through marketplaces, and in 2022 online people will make nearly 70% of world purchases exactly there, but not in online stores, analysts predict. If to speak about the Russian market, then till 2023, according to forecasts of Morgan Stanley bank, the market of e-commerce in Russia will grow to 4.5 trillion rubles, and marketplaces will be one of drivers of this growth.

Perenio IoT makes solutions for integrated management of buildings and works as in B2B-, and the B2C-segment.

In Russia Perenio IoT adheres to omnichannel model of development, involving all communication channels with clients. We cooperate with large retail networks and online stores of the equipment. We consider an exit in marketplaces as the additional sales channel and communications with the client and also analysts on the assortment row. A feedback from buyers is important for us as in addition to the universal platform allowing to manage security of the house and access, to carry out cloud video surveillance, to ensure safety of property and to save resources we conduct active developments of solutions for business — Andrey Kanayev, the chief executive of Perenio IoT told.

By the end of 2019 Perenio IoT is going to bring the share in marketplaces to 25%, another 30% is necessary for sales through network shops of electronics, 30% — for sales via the website of the company and 15% — for sales through other partners.

Perenio IoT offers a management system for buildings where sensors are united in a uniform ecosystem and cover different aspects of security. In 2019 developers began process of integration of the solutions into the smart home of "Yandex".

Products of the company are available in large retail networks, for example, to M.Video, in Citilink and other electronic shops and also on the official site of the company.

History

2018: Beginning of a company performance

In June, 2018 in Prague provided technology company Perenio IoT spol.s.r.o. which as a part of one of the distributors of the IT products ASBIS Group, largest in Europe, will be responsible for development and production of management systems for buildings using Internet of Things. Representatives of Perenio announced entry into the Belarusian, Russian and Ukrainian markets and also announced preparation for the organization of sales in EU countries.

The market of systems on management of buildings is in these countries at a stage of formation of the main trends and players. We see to it great interest as from consumers, and partners therefore determined Belarus, Russia and Ukraine by the priority markets for development. All our products are developed and made taking into account requirements of the legislation of the European Union, but the organization of sales takes slightly more time here. Now we conduct active work in this direction, and in the near future solutions of Perenio will be available to inhabitants of the EU, - the director of business development of Perenio Sergey Kostevich says.

Engineers of Perenio presented own software solution with the localized software for each of the countries, wireless devices with support of the ZigBee standard and intuitive mobile application for Android and iOS.

Now we were focused on the following directions: security and access control (wireless motion sensors, sensors of opening of doors and windows), cloud video surveillance (rotary and stationary cameras), safety of property and risk minimization (wireless smoke detectors and sensors of a leakage). Also, our engineers already develop more complete solutions at the infrastructure level, in particular for business, housing and public utilities and other sectors of economy — the technical director of Perenio Vyacheslav Arikanov reported.

It is going to add a line with several more products. There will be a smart socket, street and independent cameras, the smart valve for overlapping of water and gas and also command center with support by LTE and the accumulator that will allow to connect a system to the security companies. In the long term representatives of Perenio are going to enter in TOP-3 producers in each country of presence of a brand and to supplement the platform with such technologies as artificial intelligence, machine learning, face recognition and processing of Big Data.
