2020: Eaton purchased Power Distribution

At the beginning of February, 2020 the producer of uninterruptible power supply units Eaton announced Power Distribution acquisition, but did not begin to set the price of the transaction, as well as other agreement details. It is reported only that to execute all formalities concerning Power Distribution sale it is planned in the first quarter 2020. At first regulators should approve the transaction.

Eaton announced Power Distribution acquisition

Merger of Power Distribution became for Eaton already the third large deal announced since the beginning of 2020. Also the company announced sale of divisions of Automotive Fluid Conveyance and Hydraulics more than for $3 billion that allowed it to focus on electric products.[1]
