Prancor

Prancor LLC is the enterprise which is carrying out a complex of works on casting of plastic, to production of plastic and metal parts. The main product range – the body for digital set-top boxes. Monthly production volume of finished goods – more than 300 thousand products. The Prancor plant is the only enterprise with similar specialization in the Northwest of Russia.

The plant is certified on ISO 9001:2008 quality management system

The following technology sections act on Prancor:

• cold stamping production;
• production of satellite antennas;
• section of automatic molding machines from TPA to 200 tons by interlocking effort;
• 2 workshops of painting for plastic and metal products.

The planned production volume of finished goods monthly – about 500 thousand products. Now by request of JSC NPO Tsifrovye televizionnye sistemy about 250 thousand body of set-top subscriber boxes are produced month.
