In 2017, Pulkovo Airport launched the Fast Track service for domestic passengers traveling without luggage. The reconstructed building of the former Pulkovo-1 airport terminal was put into operation, expanded by the addition of an additional building. In addition, in 2015, an airfield and maintenance base was built for the entire transport fleet and special equipment of the airport. The presence of a new base directly on the territory of the airport makes it possible to significantly optimize costs by centralizing the maintenance of equipment, reduce the cost of fuels and lubricants and increase the efficiency of operating activities. The commissioning of the new base completed the first stage of the project for the reconstruction and development of Pulkovo airport with a total cost of 1.2 billion euros. The implementation of the second phase of the project will begin when the airport reaches the passenger traffic threshold of 18 million people per year.

According to preliminary results, in 2015, the consortium increased revenue by 15% compared to 2014, and EBITDA grew by more than 50%. The passenger traffic of the airport amounted to 13.5 million people.

2014: Historical record for the number of passengers carried - 13 million passengers
