History

2020: Acquisition by Ivanti company

The Ivanti corporation, the supplier of corporate assets of information protection, announced on September 28, 2020 end of transactions on acquisition of two companies which are engaged in developments in the field of data protection at once - MobileIron Inc. and Pulse Secure. The cost of the transaction with Pulse Secure is not disclosed.

Pulse Secure claims that as of September, 2020 her clients are 24 thousand companies, components about 80% of the list of Fortune 500.

2015: Pulse Secure entry into the market

The Pulse Secure company (earlier – division of the producer of telecommunication equipment Juniper Networks) entered the market in 2015 and focused on development of lines of Pulse Secure of a MAG series and PSA series which are earlier presented at the market, including Russian as Juniper Networks a MAG series and a SA series.

The solutions Pulse Secure allow to organize the secure managed access in corporate network from mobile devices, notebooks and other personal devices and also remote access for the employees working out of office. Gateways of the MAG and PSA series considerably reduce capital and operating costs due to reduction of number of the devices and servers necessary for providing and control of secure access to network and provide required scalability and ease in configuring.

2014: Creation of Pulse and sale to Siris Capital company

The Pulse company was born in 2014 when Juniper Networks selected division of Junos Pulse in separate structure and at once sold it to investment firm Siris Capital for 250 million dollars.
