History

2020: Creation of the company

At the end of May, 2020 Roskosmos announced creation of industry IT integrator — RK-Tsifra LLC. Functions of development, implementation, support and  continuous improvement of information technologies, creations and  commercializations of digital products and  services  and also creation reliable, effective and  safe  IT of infrastructure for needs of the organizations of state corporation are assigned to this company.

The new company was headed  by Denis Savenkov who held a position of the deputy CEO of NPO Energomash (the management company of holding of rocket engine building which is  a part of Roskosmos) earlier.

Roskosmos created IT integrator

The CEO Roskosmos Dmitry Rogozin announced Denis Savenkov's appointment to a position of the CEO of RK-Tsifra LLC at  the Digital Roskosmos conference which took place on May 29, 2020.

The director of the department of digital development Konstantin Shadrin  and also heads of the largest child organizations, IT departments and  divisions of  digital development, divisions on  strategic and  innovative development of the organizations  and also responsible for  commercialization of products, services and  services of the enterprises of state corporation also participated in this action.

Besides, with welcome speech the minister of digital development, communication and mass communications Maksut Shadayev and the Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Alexander Kozlov addressed participants.

The state corporation noted that the industry IT integrator is created for the purpose of unconditional achievement of the main results put in  the strategy of digital transformation of Roskosmos till  2025 and  perspective  of 2030  and also rendering assistance to increase in efficiency of organization activity of state corporation.^[1]
