2019: Set of soldiers in resignation

In the middle of July, 2019 the SAC Wireless company entering into Nokia started training centers in the USA within the program of enrollment and training of military in resignation. The market faced an acute shortage of the employees capable to work literally at height — assemblers of the equipment on cellular towers. The initiative is directed to SAC Wireless to attraction and training of veterans for work on 5G communication towers.

As mobile operators in the USA began to implement technology 5G, through the whole country the need for the qualified, completely trained personnel which are capable to ensure safe and smooth functioning of towers of cellular communication sharply increased. While Nokia works with operators over creation of network infrastructure, SAC Wireless lays the foundation, employing and training veterans of military operations for work at height.

Veterans of military operations are one of groups of the population of the USA with the highest level of unemployment. At the same time mobile operators need employees, qualified, ready to work, who will be able to work at towers of cellular communication, collecting and servicing the equipment at height. The former military personnel aims to use the skills received in armies, and implementation of a 5G - an ideal opportunity to involve them in the field of telecommunications, considers in SAC Wireless.

The company offers veterans the training focused on security, and further and work location. SAC Wireless directly works with telecom operators, the main owners of towers and equipment manufacturers for a 5G networks, and therefore supplies the 5G commands with the latest modern technologies. After completion of training the former military can get a job with the advanced set of skills which will be used for deployment of a 5G networks.[1]
