The crisis caused by the outbreak of coronavirus forced Scania to work in incomplete force. This resulted in an excess, according to our estimates, of 5 thousand employees, including up to 1 thousand people in the head office in Södertälje, - the words of Scania CEO Henrik Henriksson are quoted in a press release. - We believe that it will take a long time for demand to return to the level that was before the crisis, it is necessary to adapt the entire organization to the new situation this year. This applies to company-wide measures, notice of dismissal is not excluded.
