For today in structure of the enterprise there are four developing departments and six scientific-industrial complexes which tasks is development, mastering, upgrade and serial production of products of the electronic equipment: Department of a very high frequency semiconductor devices, Department of sensors of ionizing radiation, Department of optical systems, Department of system engineering, very high frequency Scientific-industrial complex, Scientific-industrial complex of semiconductor materials science, optoelectronics and lighting engineering, Radio design scientific-industrial complex, Scientific-industrial complex of products of solar power and complexes on their basis, Scientific-industrial complex of medical electronics, the Technology complex of production of crystals and integrated circuits.
