2020: Occurrence Rostelecom in the capital of the company

On April 30, 2020 Rostelecom announced entry into the capital of Sign.Me. Financial terms of agreement do not reveal.

We see the considerable capacity of Sign.Me service therefore also decided to enter with  a minority share  the capital of developer company and  provided an opportunity to increase the packet to  control  in case of further success in  promotion of a product in  the market  — the senior vice president of Rostelecom Anna Shumeyko noted.

Rostelecom was included into the capital of service of the electronic signature

According to her, addition of own ecosystem of digital services with complementary products of our partners is one of strategic initiatives of Rostelecom. It allows to cover as much as possible the needs for digital products of the population, business and the state, Shumeyko added.

The commercial director of Sign.Me Timur Alekseev says that thanks to the offer of the electronic signature in service quality the company received a good response from corporate clients who need remote interaction with the customers and partners.
