The Territorial Generating Company No. 14 public joint stock company is created on December 7, 2004.

The company of one of the first TGC of Russia began the operating activities. In 2006 conversion of Society to the full-fledged generation company was complete.

Main goal of creation of the company – effective work in competitive wholesale market of the electric power and in the field of heat supply of consumers of Zabaykalsky Krai and the Republic of Buryatia.

History

2019: Structure of PJSC TGC-14

For January, 2019 PJSC TGC-14 includes six branches:

  • "Chita generation" (structural divisions: Chita CHPP-1 and CHPP-2, Sherlovogorsky combined heat and power plant, Priargunsk combined heat and power plant);
  • "Chita power complex" (structural divisions: municipal boiler houses, thermal networks);
  • "Chita Teploenergosbyt" (structural divisions: Chita department, Sherlovogorsky department, Priargunsk department);
  • "Generation of Buryatia" (structural divisions: Ulan-Ude CHPP-1, and CHPP-2, Timlyuysky combined heat and power plant);
  • "Ulan-Ude power complex" (structural divisions: municipal boiler houses, thermal networks);
  • Heatpower sale of Buryatia (structural divisions: Ulan-Ude department, Timlyuysky department).
