Tambovapparat Experimental plant

The plants "Oktyabr", "Revtrud", "Tambovapparat" and the Tambov scientific research institute of radio engineering Air are a part of the Tambov cluster of a MIC. Their main products - the combined radio stations and command and control vehicles, including R-145BM of Tea, R-166 Artek, R-149 and also complexes of REB "Borisoglebsk-2" and "Infauna".

The Tambov enterprises were a part of United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation in 2014 in crisis state. During 2011-2013 at the enterprises the critical level of losses was created. Total amount of debts to suppliers and banks only of the Revtrud plant exceeded 1 billion rubles that led to chronic delays of salary, current assets deficit and actually pre-bankruptcy status of the enterprise.

The crisis response measures taken by the management of a MIC allowed to execute the state defense order in 2016. Wage arrears are in full liquidated, overheads of the enterprises of a cluster are reduced by 10%, agreements with the main creditors are reached upon debt restructuring.
