Acquisition of PSF at the businessman suspected of collaboration with "the Russian mafia"

In September, 2017 Philip Gens, the vice president and the son of the founder of the Lanit group Georgy Gens became the owner of the Terminal-Bezopasnost and Terminal-Bastion private security companies.

PSF ensure safety of the companies entering into the Lanit group, her representative told TAdviser.

In particular, the enterprises protect shops of retail networks which are managed by the Inventive Retail Group company entering into Lanit (trades in brands of AppleSamsungSony, LEGO and Nike): as of 2017 it is 342 sales points in 36 cities of Russia.

Total revenue of two PSF in 2016 made 83.9 million rubles, net profit - 49.1 million rubles.

Protect offices and outlets Lanita there will be own PSF

PSF work in strict accordance with the laws and regulations regulating private security activity in the Russian Federation certified TAdviser of Lanita.

To Philip Gens security companies belonged to group of the businessmen connected with soccer among whom there is an owner of the Spanish football club "Marbella" Alexander Greenberg, the Russian football agent Oleg Artyomov, the sporting director of football club "Rostov" Alexey Ryskin.

In 2012 Novaya Gazeta wrote about Greenberg, Artyomov and Ryskin's joint business with Andrey Malevsky, the brother of the ex-leading of an izmaylovsky organized criminal group Anton Malevsky famous as Anton Izmaylovsky and the aluminum king of Russia, died in 2001[1].

And in September, 2017 Alexander Greenberg together with some other the Russian businessmen was delayed in Spain on a charge of washing of €30 million through the Spanish companies (football club "Marbella", Agua Sierra de Mijas and Dama de Noche golf club) and also participation in izmaylovsky and Solntsevo criminal groupings[2].
