The digital "Elevator in the future" – the All-Russian program of career guidance and training promoting increase in career opportunities in the companies "AFK "Sistema".
The project on search, support and development of talented youth "The elevator in the future" is created by AFK "Sistema" and integrates three main links of the innovation process:
- the talented youth wishing to take the worthy place in society
- the institutes and business structures interested in perspective highly qualified specialists
- the higher educational institutions implementing relevant educational programs.

2018
Since May, 2018 in the program such directions as technology initiatives (including aimed at overcoming current social problems), publishing and literary projects, student's programs for obtaining unique competences and training of specialists of new generation for digital economy and engineering programs for school students appeared.
2011
The Elevator in the Future program of Sistema Charitable foundation started in 2011 as the large-scale initiative of support of modern engineering education in Russia giving to young specialists the chance to realize professional potential, to get access to expert community and to propose the solution of real tasks of the market.
