Company

300px

Transneftenergo LLC was created in 2009 for reliable and efficient energy supply to Transneft organizations.

History

2017

In order to improve this process, Transneftenergo LLC in 2017 finalized the automated departmental energy supervision system (AS SVEN) and created the Electronic SenM Library corporate resource, which allows you to gain general access to SenM documentation and describe the implementation of energy-efficient solutions in OST.

In order to implement the energy policy of Transneft, Transneftenergo coordinates the activities of Transneft organizations in the field of energy conservation, as well as the introduction of the international energy management standard ISO 50001:2011 in the company. For 2017, 19 OSTs received certificates of compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001.

2013

Since January 1, 2013, Transneftenergo has been conducting departmental energy supervision at facilities and a linear part of the main oil and oil product pipelines, providing control over the implementation of Transneft norms, rules, regulations, taking measures aimed at preventing accidents, failures of energy equipment, as well as accidents with personnel working on electrical and heat plants of the company's subsidiaries.

2010

In September 2010, the company became a subject of the wholesale electricity market. Transneftenergo provides coordination with sales organizations of the company's subsidiaries in 57 constituent entities of the Russian Federation with a total consumption of more than 14 billion kWh and independently carries out marketing activities to end customers in 11 regions of the country with an annual electricity sales volume of more than 1.5 billion kWh.

2019: Accreditation for the full range of services in metrology AIIS CUE

On February 1, 2019, Transneftenergo announced that it was accredited for a full range of AIIS KUE metrology services .

According to the Federal Accreditation Service Rosaccreditation, Transneftenergo LLC is an energy retail company accredited for a full range of services for the metrological support of AIIS KUE.

The expansion of the accreditation area allows Transneftenergo LLC to provide single window services both for Transneft (OST) organizations and for external customers.

The main advantage for energy consumers was a reduction in the period of development and approval of metrological documentation for AIIS PUE from 7-8 months to four months, and, as a result, a reduction in the time for bringing objects to the wholesale market of electricity and capacity.

The range of services of Transneftenergo LLC for metrological support of AIIS KUE for February 2019 includes:

1. Documentation development:

  • A type approval test program that establishes the content, scope, test conditions, methodology for determining metrological and technical characteristics;
  • description of the type of measuring instrument - an integral part of the issued certificate, which is its appendix;
  • verification method, which specifies the procedure, scope, methods and means of primary and periodic verification of the measuring instrument, as well as the procedure for recording the verification results;
  • Draft verification certificate;
  • A test certificate that is drawn up based on the results of the type approval tests;

2. AIIS PAM type approval tests;

3. Verification of PUE AIIS;

4. Development, certification and registration of measurement methods in the Federal Information Fund for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

Transneftenergo LLC owns its own base of reference measuring instruments registered in the Federal Information Fund for Ensuring Uniformity of Measurements. All works are carried out by the Metrology Service of Commercial Accounting of Transneftenergo LLC.

2018: Implementation of the energy quality monitoring system at the power facilities of PJSC Transneft

In the summer of 2018, Transneftenergo LLC put into industrial operation an electricity quality monitoring system (SMCE), which continuously monitors the parameters of electricity at Transneft PJSC energy facilities involved in the transportation (transshipment) of oil and petroleum products throughout the Russian Federation[1]

QMSE is an integral part of the electric power quality management system in PJSC Transneft and provides full observability of the power supply process of power facilities according to such indicators as: electric current frequency, voltage level, voltage waveform distortion (higher harmonics) and symmetry violations of the three-phase voltage system.

The need to implement QMS is due to the significant influence of the listed indicators of electricity quality on the performance (energy efficiency) and service life of electrical equipment.

The uniqueness of the monitoring system lies both in its scale - these are more than 1,400 control points distributed throughout the Russian Federation, and in the original algorithms for the aggregated assessment of the state of electricity quality at the level of energy facilities, the Transneft PJSC system and its subsidiaries.

2017: Implementation of the automated efficiency calculation system of pump units "EFFICIENCY-online"

Specialists of Transneftenergo LLC developed and implemented an automated system for calculating the efficiency of pumping units based on the domestic software[2].

The developed pump unit efficiency calculation system receives operational data from the dispatch control and control system and the automated electric power technical accounting system, calculates the actual efficiency value of the main pump units and compares them with passport values.

Monthly calculations and analysis of pump unit efficiency are currently under way. According to these results, changes are made to the Programs for increasing the efficiency of operation of process sections of main pipelines and main pumping units of Transneft system organizations.

The system, which allows for comprehensive monitoring and analysis of MNA performance, has been implemented in all oil transport organizations of the Transneft system.
