The Ulan-Ude lokomotivovagonoremontny plant (LVRZ) of the Order of Lenin – the largest plant of Zheldorremmash, the universal enterprise for repair of the rolling stock and production of spare parts. Performs average and an overhaul of locomotives, warranty service and upgrade of locomotives with life extension, repair of nodes and units, production of spare parts, development of new technologies of repair.

The plant is divided into three main productions – lokomotivoremontny, foundry and mechanical and one auxiliary production.

Lokomotivoremontny production to which share more than 60% of the turned-out products fall remains many years the leading production of the plant. Workshops of the PLR make repair and upgrade of electric locomotives of alternating current of VL-80 of all modifications, VL-85, VL-65.

Foundry and mechanical production makes more than 12 thousand names of spare parts and semi-finished products, including autocoupling devices, the wheel centers, springs for electric locomotives, locomotive rowing blocks, springs.

Auxiliary production is intended to provide requirements of the plant for all types of energy, for a drinking and service water, transport transportations, the measuring and metal-cutting tool, the industrial and model equipment, repair and the maintenance of buildings and constructions.

Financial and production indicators

2018: Payment of 458 million rubles taxes

Being one of the largest taxpayers in the republic, only in 2018 the Ulan-Ude LVRZ paid taxes in the consolidated budget of the Republic of Buryatia for the amount 458 million rubles.

History

2019: Mastering of repair of a passenger electric locomotive of EP1M

The Ulan-Ude lokomotivovagonoremontny plant (UU LVRZ, is included into Lokotech group) mastered a passenger electric locomotive of EP1M. The corresponding conclusion was issued by the Interdepartmental commission, having confirmed readiness of the enterprise for medium repair of this type of machines, reported on July 12, 2019 in Lokotech.

Thus, as of July, 2019 UU LVRZ repairs 12 series of locomotives that, according to representatives Lokotech, is a record among all lokomotivoremontny plants of holding.

Mastering of repair of this series of locomotives became possible as a result of joint efforts of all staff of the Ulan-Ude LVRZ, in particular, of specialists of design-technology department, services of quality and logistics, the production block and others.

EP1M — an electric locomotive of alternating current. It is made at Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant (enters into JSC Transmashholding). It is intended for driving of passenger trains on the railroads with a width of track of 1520 mm. It can be operated at ambient temperatures from minus 50 to plus 50 Celsius degrees. Are operated on the October, Transbaikal, North Caucasian, Southeast, Volga, Gorky, Far East railroads.

The investment program of the Ulan-Ude LVRZ for 2019 makes more than 600 million rubles.

2018

Release from repair 944 sections of locomotives

According to information Lokotech, in 2018 the Ulan-Ude LVRZ released 944 sections of locomotives from repair that became a historic high for the enterprise.

UU LVRZ performs average and an overhaul of locomotives, warranty service and upgrade of locomotives with life extension, repair of nodes and units, production of spare parts, development of new technologies of repair.

Receiving the equipment for repair of locomotives for the amount of 13 million rubles

The Ulan-Ude lokomotivovagonoremontny plant (UU LVRZ, is included into Lokotech group) received two thread-cutting SHT-59120 machines of production the island of Taiwan for the total amount more than 13 million rubles. The equipment arrived on the plant in connection with mastering of repair of new series of locomotives, reported on July 2, 2018 in Lokotech.

In total in 2018 within an investment program on development of electromechanical production it is going to invest about 120 million rubles, in wheel production — more than 330 million rubles.

One machine intended for boring of shaft of anchors after building up and the collector's groove will work in anchor workshop. As of July 2, the base is filled already in and in the next few days its installation will be complete.

The second machine will allow to process wheel couples of electric locomotives of the EDS series, including on it check on beating of an axis with the toothed center, a pritochka of labyrinth channels and other transactions will be performed. It will be set in lokomotivokolesny workshop.

2017

Payment of 352 million rubles taxes

The Ulan-Ude lokomotivovagonoremontny plant in 2017 paid taxes in the consolidated budget of the Republic of Buryatia for the amount 352 million rubles.

In 2017 UU LVRZ significantly increased the key production indicators. So, in December for the first time in the history of the plant 104 sections of locomotives, and in a year — 871 sections were repaired. Growth in comparison with 2016 was more than 24% (700 sections). At the same time within a year the plant systematically improved products figures of merit. Also the enterprise masters repair of new series of passenger electric locomotives — EP1P, EP1 and E5K in volume of capital and average repairs.

Besides, and 2017 the Ulan-Ude LVRZ became the pilot platform for project implementation of creation of the Centers of technology competences on repair of electrical machines, repair and production of wheel pairs, production of steel and iron casting.

Growth of number of the repaired sections of locomotives by 24%

In 2017 UU LVRZ for the first time in the history of the plant in a month was repaired 104 sections of locomotives, and in a year – 871 sections. Growth in comparison with 2016 was more than 24%. At the same time within a year the plant systematically improved products figures of merit. Also the enterprise masters repair of new series of passenger electric locomotives – EP1P, EP1 and E5K in volume of capital and average repairs.

UU LVRZ — the pilot platform for creation of competence centers on repair of electromachines

In 2017 the Ulan-Ude LVRZ became the pilot platform for project implementation of creation of the Centers of technology competences on repair of electrical machines, repair and production of wheel pairs, production of steel and iron casting.
