Uniphore Software Systems is a 2008 developer of speech recognition software. The startup was established in India, its offices by the beginning of July 2019 are in this country, as well as in the USA and Singapore.

Uniphore offers AI solutions used in voice assistants, analytical tools, and human authentication and recognition systems. Soft helps government agencies and companies interact with customers in their native language. Real-time software can identify the caller, determine his emotions and conduct dialogue using artificial intelligence.

Indian company Uniphore Software Systems is developing a speech recognition service for call centers. The startup declares its intention to "destroy the outdated customer service model by narrowing the gap between man and machine and using voice technology, AI and automation to ensure that every customer is really heard on every call."

Uniphore enables businesses to transform customer service through a voice automation platform in which digital agents take on a range of customer conversations, help support staff during calls, and accurately predict language, emotions, and intentions. Thanks to this, companies can gain customer loyalty, improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency, developers say.

Uniphore's clients include several major telecom operators, insurance companies and financial organizations. In particular, Tech Mahindra, NTT Data, Sitel, Firstsource and WNS use startup solutions (by the end of March 22021).
