At the beginning of August, 2020 the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) approved the petition of PJSC Vympel-Kommunikatsii for transaction on acquisition of the share making 100% of authorized capital of Vest Koll Ltd LLC.

On August 26, 2016 the Russian telecommunication holding "ER-Telecom" announced completion of the transaction on acquisition of 100% of Vest Koll SPB LLC with assets in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region and two telecommunication companies in Ryazan. Consolidation will lead to gain of positions of holding in these cities.

As a result of the transaction new assets in St. Petersburg (OOO "VEST KOLL SPb", Kredolink LLC, INFOCENTRE LLC) and Ryazan (Intertelecom LLC and Enlink Telekommunikatsii LLC) were a part of ER-Telecom. Acquired companies will continue to work in the planned mode under own brands. At the same time the coverage of network of each operator will increase.

More than 10000 corporate clients are the share of the St. Petersburg company assets that will allow to strengthen b2b the direction in St. Petersburg. ER-Telecom is present at Ryazan since 2011. Accession of new local assets will allow to reach 46% of the ShPD market for private clients and 59% for corporate clients, thereby having reached leader positions in the city.
