2017: Rosatom selected for the wind "Rusgidro"
Vetroogk (enters into Rosatom) selected the designer for the first 150 MW of wind power stations (VES) from Adygea, the deputy director general of the company Andrey Demchuk reported in November, 2017 in Amsterdam. The consortium of Mosoblgidroproyekt entering into RusHydro, the Finnish Peikko (base works) and the Danish DIS will be a designer. Project works should be completed in March, 2018. As mister Demchuk specified, the works on selection of the land plots under VES in Adygea are completed[1].
The Adygei projects are included into the first 610 MW of VES which Vetroogk received in 2016 on selection of projects of green power for wholesale power market (total portfolio of VES of the company — 970 MW). Investments into VES (about 143 thousand rubles for kW of power) are supposed to be returned within 15 years at the expense of delivery agreements of power (the PDM of RES). The PDM of RES assume localization of component parts, the technology partner of Vetroogk selects the Netherlands Lagerway (should create the joint venture with Novavind — the division of Rosatom which is responsible for new not atomic technologies). Total investments into the program of creation of VES and the plant on production of component parts into the Russian Federation into Vetroogk estimated at $2 billion.
Competitors of Vetroogk in a segment of construction of wind farms are Finnish Fortum and the Italian Enel. The technology partner "Fortum of Energy" (joint fund Fortum and Rusnano) will become the Danish Vestas which was going to increase localization to 65% by 2019 (in the Russian Federation will manufacture blades and towers of VEU). Within five years the fund invests about 30 billion rubles in construction of 1 GW of wind-driven generators. In the first quarter 2018 of Fortum is going to enter the first wind farm in the Ulyanovsk region (35 MW). Siemens Gamesa — the VEU world's largest producer created in 2017 at merge of the Spanish Gamesa and vetroaktiv of the German power concern will become the technology partner of Enel. A portfolio of Enel in Russia — 291 MW of VEU.
