Started talking about financial problems of Zetta after the planned loan in the amount of 99.9 million rubles was not succeeded to receive the companies — the Fund of Development of the Industry (FDI) refused to provide it. The IDF considered the project interesting, it can have perspectives in the future, but on expert advice the current structure of the transaction did not gather a majority of votes for approval.

The automobile journalist Sergey Tsyganov who visited production Zetta in Togliatti in a conversation with Gazeta.ru, spoke about Denis Shchurovsky's obligations to the state — until the end of 2020 it had to release a trial batch of electric vehicles.[1]
