Content

Service of "E-invoicing" - the universal electronic system allowing the organizations to exchange all necessary documents with the partners and regulatory authorities (FTS, RPF, Rosstat, the Social Insurance Fund) (purchase orders of goods, invoices for payment, invoices, agreements, etc.) in electronic form, without use of paper carriers.

All documents transmitted using the E-invoicing system have the same legal force, as well as paper. If necessary documents can be provided in tax authority for confirmation of perfect expenses, accounting of the VAT and other purposes.

The service of "E-invoicing" is available in all territory of service of Northwest bank JSC Sberbank of Russia to the clients using a token – electronic key of access to the Sberbank Business Onl@yn system. The access device is executed in the form of normal a flash card with the software and the electronic digital signature of the client.

Designer of documents

At the beginning of 2018 Sberbank started the Designer of Documents service allowing to create legally competent documents in several clicks (agreements, acts, claim requirements, etc.) based on the built-in intelligent system of the choice of conditions of the document and multivariable templates.

The service allows to create practically any document from the power of attorney on the car to the difficult purchase and sale agreement in full accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The base from more than 1400 document templates for business and personal needs, including the personnel, moving papers, powers of attorney, documents connected with the intellectual right and many other things is integrated into service.

Use of service will allow to reduce significantly time and to reduce costs of entrepreneurs for creation of necessary legally competent documents, to refuse completely services of third-party lawyers by preparation of the required for business or personal needs of documents.

In service the operations procedure on the most often met legal procedures speaks (from the procedure of the organization of Ltd company, the joint-stock company, SP, to an introduction order in inheritance). Using "The designer of documents" it is possible to create quickly and unmistakably all necessary documents under a specific vital or commercial case. All forms and the provided legal procedures contain references to the corresponding regulatory legal acts and are constantly updated according to change of the legislation.

The logic of preparation of the document looks as follows. The client needs to select a template, to answer several specifying questions in a system, and the service in real time will create the document under the requirements set by the user.

For bigger convenience in service the user can create the register of partners with whom the company constantly works — and from further work just to select partners from the list. Details of partners will be substituted in agreements, acts and other documents automatically that reduces a document set-up time.

The designer of documents is integrated into E-invoicing electronic document management system. It allows clients to sign the created documents with the electronic signature and to send according to the E-invoicing system to the partner for signing in electronic form.

2017

Zero reporting

Thanks to this service in E-invoicing the reporting can be handed over independently without participation of the accountant or the third-party company — in the online mode. Service is expected first of all small business without any business activities for the reporting period, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. With the corresponding frequency it is possible to submit zero declarations to FTS and RPF.

Zero declarations form directly in the E-invoicing interface and go to state bodies in three clicks: the user presses the Zero Reports button, enters the minimum data and signs the created documents with the electronic signature.

All process takes several minutes as opposed to several days of submission of documents in real time. If the user hands over the zero reporting regularly, at him need to enter data repeatedly disappears — they are by default stored in service.

The zero reporting is included into a service package of "An additional rate" of E-invoicing which cost is 295 rubles a month.

The Corus Consulting CIS company entering into Group Sberbank acted as the developer of service.

Electronic signature

Entrepreneurs can receive in Sberbank the qualified electronic signature online – within five minutes. Such signature allows businessmen to make a number of necessary transactions far off. The service is available to users of Internet bank to business of Sberbank.

The updated service is a part of an electronic document management system of E-Invoicing.

Earlier it was necessary to attach to the statement the scan copy of the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account in addition. At the moment the service is available to legal entities, the bank actively works on in the nearest future to offer it also to SP.

2015

Sberbank started E-invoicing

On April 7, 2015 JSC Sberbank of Russia announced start of service of drawing of the electronic invoices (EI) for collection services, currency exchange control and other services of bank assuming collection of the VAT.

For transfer of ESF E-invoicing electronic document management system which is a part "Sberbank Business Online" (SBBOL) and available to all legal entities — clients of bank is used.

For obtaining electronic invoices from JSC Sberbank of Russia and other partners, the organizations which are already registered in SBBOL have enough to undergo online connection to E-invoicing.

If the organization is not registered in SBBOL and is not going to use it, but wishes to connect service of electronic legally significant document management, then her representative should visit the department of JSC Sberbank of Russia and to sign the supplementary agreement to the agreement with bank on consent to receive invoices in electronic form.

The specialist of department will issue connection to services of electronic document management of Corus Consulting CIS LLC as 100% of subsidiary company of bank.

Taking into account the actual implementation since 2015 of the "digital" tax declaration on the VAT and cross reconciliation of sales ledgers and purchases of all partners in tax authorities, use of service of electronic invoices purchases special importance for the organizations of all patterns of ownership. Besides, use of this service will allow to exclude loss of documents in way or in storage locations, the possible discrepancies connected with errors of manual entry of data from paper documents considerably to reduce the costs connected with transfer of invoices in paper form by Russian Post or services of express mail.

Sberbank of the Russian Federation completed testing of service of transfer of the reporting

On May 14, 2015 announced Corus Consulting CIS work of service of submission of reports of E-invoicing available to clients of Sberbank on the Sberbank Business Online portal, during the reporting campaign in the Federal Tax Service for the I quarter of 2015. All clients, including Sberbank of Russia, electronic declarations on the VAT using E-invoicing service handed over.

In 8 months 2015 the number of corporate clients of Northwest bank - users E-invoicing service - increased by 31% in comparison with the same period of last year. As of September 1, 2015 the number of the clients who are actively using service grew to 7.1 thousand.
