Sale of the entire Legrand business  to IEK Group

On October 12, 2023, it became known about the sale of the entire Russian business Legrand. The buyer of these assets was the Russian electrotechnical company IEK Group.

According to TASS, citing a joint statement by the companies, as part of the concluded deal, IEK Group received three production sites and more than 20 Legrand representative offices in different cities of the Russian Federation.
