Biography

Education

In 2001 graduated from the National research university of the electronic equipment (MIET) in the "automated control systems" direction. Same year gained the diploma about second higher education at Institute of economy, management and right, in "financial management".

Career

Work in Samsung

More than 12 years worked in structures of Samsung Electronics, from 2014 to 2017 headed mobile division of Samsung in Russia.

For the period of the management Graff's Arcadia of the Russian division of Samsung Mobile the conflict of Samsung with large Russian retailers had. It began in 2015. Then, in particular, Euroset, Svyaznoy and retail networks of VimpelCom and MegaFon ceased to sell products of the South Korean company.

Graf called leaving Samsung in 2017 own solution, noting that he "reached a maximum here" and "time just came". Under its management, he said, the company endured an economic crisis and also a gap and recovery of partnership with retail networks.

Management of online projects

In July, 2017 Arkady Graff together with the owner of Maer Group Konstantin Mayor announced start of the CHOIZ.me media platform. This service daily collects and analyzes tens of thousands of Internet publications, creating the personalized selection from news, video and popular content of social networks.

Later half a year Graff headed one more digital-project within Maer Group – the platform of the krossmediyny advertizing All in One Media[1].

Appointment in OPPO

On April 18, 2019 the smartphone manufacturer of OPPO announced appointment Graff's Arcadia as the director of business development of the company in Russia. On a new post he is responsible for promotion of the OPPO smartphones in the Russian market and interaction with key partners and retailers.

OPPO is included into the five of the largest smartphone manufacturers in the world according to rating IDC. In September, 2017 OPPO officially announced entry into the Russian market. Smartphones are available to sale in the largest Russian retail networks "M.Video" and "Svyaznoy", regional shops of electronics and also in corporate online store OPPO.
