Biography

From 2000 to 2004, Tatyana Matveeva went from a leading specialist, chief specialist of the department for media and public relations Russia of the MNS management To Moscow to the deputy head of the department for organizing work with taxpayers and the mass media of the MNS of Russia.

Appointment of Head of IT Development and Communications Department of the Presidential Administration

On March 28, President Vladimir Putin by his decree appointed Tatyana Matveeva the head of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for the development of information and communication technologies and communications infrastructure.

The department is engaged in ensuring the president's activities on state policy in the field of development of digital infrastructure and the use of ICT.

By another decree on the same day, Putin dismissed Andrei Lipov, the head of the ICT department, who has led this structure since 2012.
