On August 15, 2019 retailer Svyaznoy (Svyaznoy integrates shops under brands and "Euroset") announced appointment of Ilya Prusikin, the leader of the Little Big group, the creative director. In Svyaznoy the actor is responsible for development and implementation advertizing of campaigns, start of own products Svyaznoy and maintenance of image of the hi-tech retailer.

The idea to invite the musician to the leading position was situational and appeared at the management of Svyaznoy after the publication of the next release Trash of Lotto on YouTube channel of Klikklak — prodakshen studio which possesses authorship of clips of the Little Big group. In it Ilya lost a dispute and following the results had to get official job. As the result, for it work in Svyaznoy will become the first official employment records.

Within three months Ilyich was responsible for development and implementation of advertizing campaigns and start of own products of Svyaznoy. By own recognition of Ilyich, he never worked in the large companies, especially – at the leading position. But personal charisma and successful experience in Ilyich's creativity – what representatives of Svyaznoy first of all relied on.

Ilyich documented office everyday life in Svyaznoy in the video blog. From its giving the uniform was developed for several shops of network, the campaign "Svayp" which became the business card of Svyaznoy is started. Ilya acted as the person of a campaign.

On December 20, 2019 Ilya "Ilyich" Prusikin leaves a post of the creative director of the company Svyaznoy after three months of a probation period. He said it on the page in Instagram.

Ilyich told about the impressions in a post in Instagram: "Three months of a probation period in Svyaznoy came to an end, but generally I was engaged in record of a new album and was in a tour. But it was cool: children supported all my most enormous, foolish ideas and we realized them. They gave me the chance to work at this work. It is enormous experience, thanks to Svyaznoy for such opportunity!"
