Biography

Was born on September 17, 1986 in the city of Sukhumi of the Abkhaz ASSR.

Has two higher educations.

Graduated from the All-Russian state tax academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (since 2012- Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation) on specialties "Finance and the credit" and "Law".

Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Since 2010 worked in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, since 2013 passed to public service into the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

In 2012 in Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow defended the dissertation for a degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on the subject "Cost Management on Development of an Organization Culture of the Company" in "Economy and management of the national economy (management)".

Since September 22, 2015 - the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kaliningrad region, the acting as the Prime Minister of the Kaliningrad region.
