Biography

Sergey Nikolaevich Anokhin was born in Moscow in 1979. Graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in "finance and the credit".

2000

Sergey Anokhin started a career in 2000 in the hi-tech sector in SAS Russia company, having passed a way from the consultant and the project manager on implementation of schedule systems and financial statements to the head of the direction of work with the financial sector.

2007-2016

In 2007 passed into the banking sector to a position of the vice president, head of department in retail VTB 24, and since 2011 – the vice president, the deputy finance director.

In 2014 within formation of the selected VTB Group business line of work with medium business passed into head Bank VTB where headed the financial block of the new business line in a position of the chief financial officer of medium business – the senior vice president. During accession of Bank of Moscow to VTB Bank in 2015-2016 in addition headed economical department of Bank of Moscow, being responsible for functionality of division and a task of integration of processes, systems and personnel. Both in VTB 24, and in VTB Sergey Anokhin directly participated in problems of formation and strategy implementation of the organizations.

2017: Appointment as the vice president of Rostelecom

On April 5, 2017 Rostelecom announced the national telecom operator Sergey Anokhin's appointment to a post of the senior vice president of the company. Within this position he will be responsible for questions of strategic planning, merges and absorption and also investor interactions.

Besides, from Sergey Anokhin coordination of actions for strategy implementation, programs of the innovative development, project implementation of increase in operational efficiency and also projects of transformation of the company will be required.

I am glad that Sergey Anokhin joined management team of Rostelecom. Activities which it should develop lie on a joint of strategy, transformation of business and search of additional economic benefits and synergies. It is necessary to apply system approach and project solutions to implementation of the tasks that will be promoted by professional qualities and Sergey Anokhin's experience — the president of Rostelecom Mikhail Oseevsky whose words are cited in the press release reported.[1]

2018: Appointment as the chief financial officer of Rostelecom

On March 16, 2018 Sergey Anokhin is appointed to a post of the senior vice president — the chief financial officer of Rostelecom. On this post he is responsible for management of finance, economy, investments and the reporting and also directs purchasing activity and project implementation of increase in operational efficiency of the company. Also in its maintaining questions of strategic planning and monitoring of strategy implementation will remain.

Kaj-Uwe Melchorn who since 2013 held a position of the chief financial officer will leave the company and will focus on own projects.
