Biography

Olga Baranova graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Faculty of Philology, has a business education in the field of logistics and project management Project Management Institute (PMI).

He has been working in the telecommunications industry since 1996.

For 6 years, Olga Baranova led the logistics department at Lucent Technologies in Russia and the CIS. For 5 years she worked at Rostelecom, successively holding the posts of head of the supply department, then head of the operational support department for the implementation of projects of the network development department.

2008: Director of Process Management, Quality and Business Transformation of Orange Business Services in Russia and CIS

Since September 2008, Baranova served as Director of Process Management, Quality and Orange Business Services business transformation in Russia and CIS countries, having successfully implemented many large-scale projects, including reengineering a number of key business processes, developing an IT strategy for the development of the company, and introducing a corporate CRM system.

2012: Head of the Department of Customer Support and Operational Management of Orange Business Services in Russia and CIS

In April 2012, she was appointed head of the department of customer support and operational management of Orange Business Services in Russia and the CIS. In the new position, Olga Baranova is responsible for organizing a full cycle of customer service, including timely connection of services, their 24-hour delivery, prompt restoration, as well as customer service.

The main tasks of Olga Baranova were the observance and constant improvement of high corporate quality standards in customer service, ensuring quality control of services provided, as well as the introduction of new approaches and technologies in service, which will allow customers to interact more easily and conveniently with the operator, choosing Orange as a reliable service provider that understands and fulfills the requirements of the client.

2016: Head of the Joint Customer Support and Technical Development Department at Orange Business Services in Russia and CIS

In April 2016, Orange Business Services announced the creation of a structure combining the department of technical development and operation and the department of customer support and operational management of the company. The purpose of department consolidation is to integrate and optimize Orange's business processes; planning and development of the company's existing networks taking into account the requirements for security and expansion of functionality for the business customers.

The functions of the integrated Department established will include:

  • development and application of networks of new standards;
  • Network and IT infrastructure efficiency analysis and revision to optimize costs and increase reliability;
  • ensuring the health of internal IT infrastructure and applications, cloud solutions;
  • development of mobile applications for internal and external use.

The joint department of customer support and operational management, network infrastructure and information technology will be headed by Olga Baranova, who previously headed the department of customer support and operational management.
