1991 - graduated from the Grozny oil institute of the academician Millionshchikov in "Chemical technology of oil refining and gas".

Career

1992-1997 - the production engineer, the manager, the director of the department of the Moscow representative office Lia Oil (Switzerland), and then the president of Lia Oil group (CIS).

1998 - after creation of JSC Gruppa Alyans headed affiliated enterprise of holding - Alliance-Oil Ltd.

2000 - the president of JSC Gruppa Alyans.

2001 - the chairman of the board of directors of Alyans Oil Company.

2003 - together with the chairman of the board of ministers of the Crimea Sergey Kunitsyn opened network of new refueling stations on the peninsula[4].

2004 -[5] signed the agreement with Samsung Co company on project implementation of upgrade of the Khabarovsk oil refinery (HNPZ)[5].

2007 - signed the agreement on creation of joint venture with Shell company to which transferred one of the largest networks[6] in Ukraine[6].

2008 - the memorandum of consolidation of two oil companies is signed: The Alyans and West Siberian Resources (WSR) Oil Company, extracting oil in Russia and bargaining at[7] and creation of the independent oil vertically integrated company (VIC)[8].

2011 - signed the agreement with the head of the Spanish oil and gas concern Repsol Antonio Brufau on creation of joint venture for investigation and oil production in Russia[1] honor[9] with assets of 1 trillion dollars[10].

Social and political activity

The initiator of creation of "Fund of support of hostages and victims of act of terrorism in Moscow" who undertook rendering financial support to the children who lost parents.

2009 -[11] financed construction of two hospitals in the Chechen republic[11].

2011 - in cooperation with the Spanish company Tecnicas Reunidas[12] acted as the partner in project implementation of an exhibition of modern art[12].
