Belozyorov Vladimir Aleksandrovich is the chief of the head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Vladimir region.

Biography

Vladimir was born on April 18, 1973 in the city of Kursk.

In 1994 graduated from the Kharkiv fire and technical school.

Served as the chief of guard, the deputy chief and the chief of an IF No. 9 GPS of the ATC of Kursk region.

From 2003 to 2006 worked as the deputy head of department of the organization of fire extinguishing, the head of department of the organization of fire extinguishing of Head department for GO emergency of Kursk region.

In 2004 graduated from GPS Emercom of Russia Academy (in absentia).

In 2007 worked as the first deputy chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia across Kursk region (on the Public fire service).

From 2009 to 2013 worked as the first deputy chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia across Kursk region.

In 2013 it is appointed the chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia across the Vladimir region.

For August 3, 2015 Vladimir Aleksandrovich Belozyorov works as the chief of the head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Vladimir region.

Married. Two children.
