Biography

Anton Arkadyevich Bykov was born in 1975.

In 1996 graduated from law department of New humanities university of Natalya Nesterova in degree of the bachelor of the right.

During the period from 1996 to 2009 also the telecom, including structures of such large holdings as Media-Most, AFK "Sistema" worked in legal services of the different companies of the sector of mass media. Accompanied a number of investment projects of Gazprombank.

Since 2008 worked in the Russian law firm "Ivanyan and Partners" where was responsible for legal support of a number of the key investment projects implemented within public-private partnership.

In December, 2009 headed legal service of CTC Media holding as the director of legal issues.

In August, 2014 it is appointed the director of legal issues and the corporate relations of PJSC VimpelCom, later — the executive vice president for legal issues and the corporate relations of PJSC VimpelCom.

Since April, 2017 joined a command of JSC Transtelecom Company as the adviser to the president, in the summer of 2018 it is appointed the vice president for legal and corporate issues.

In July, 2018 Anton Bykov is appointed the vice president for the legal and corporate issues "Transtelecom Companies" (TTK). He supervises operation of the block of legal and corporate work in the company.

The main activities of Anton Bykov in this position are: legal support of key projects of a TTK, legal ensuring interaction of the company with clients of private, corporate and state segments, procurement procedures, complex support of questions of corporate management, further development of internal control systems and expert compliance.
