2000 - began work in Head department on financial and investment activities and Main department for corporate finances and investment of JSC "LUKOIL".

2005 - 2008 - the director of the department of economy and finance of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Still, being both the deputy minister, and the head of big holding, Sergey Donskoy preferred to go by the subway - the Moscow traffic jams are intolerable and time grudges. Now it should be always in touch therefore he cannot go down in the subway in any way.

"Workaholic", - all so speak about Sergey Donskoy, goodness knows. And, perhaps, it is its main "shortcoming". At least, for family. He is a father of three little sons, and can pay them attention only in rare days off^[14].

Hobbies

Loves fishing. The last time with all the heart caught last year on Yamal - caught several pikes.

Loves theater, but because of a lack of time last time was at a performance in 2004.

Does not smoke, does not drink "since the childhood"^[14].
