Biography

Work in prosecutor's office

Since 2005 Anas Elmurzayev worked in bodies of prosecutor's office. At first - in Chechnya, consistently holding positions of the assistant, investigator, senior assistant of the prosecutor of Naursky district, the Deputy Shatoi interdistrict prosecutor, senior prosecutor of department of supervision of observance of the federal legislation of prosecutor's office of the Chechen Republic, the acting the prosecutor and prosecutor of Shelkovsky district.

According to the website of NP KA "Guild of the Moscow Lawyers", in addition to the North Caucasian Federal District, Elmurzayev also has work experience in bodies of prosecutor's office of the Northwestern Federal District, the Republic of Crimea and in the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

In July, 2019 Anas Elmurzayev became Alexey Ivanov's lawyer - the deputy head of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation suspected of taking of a bribe in especially large size. On July 11 TAdviser wrote about Ivanov's detention, and on July 12 Basmanny Court of Moscow according to the petition of the investigation made the decision on his arrest till September 9.
