Biography

Fursin Alexey Anatolyevich was born on December 1, 1974.

In 1997 graduated from the State university on land management in Moscow.

From 1997 to 2001 was trained in the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.

From 1997 to 1998 worked at a position of the leading specialist in department of federal lands of Management of reforming of the land relations of the State committee of the Russian Federation on land resources and land management.

In 1998 passed to a position of the chief specialist of department of federal lands of Department of land policy of the Ministry of the Russian Federation of land policy, construction and housing and communal services.

From December, 1998 to August, 2000 held a position of the chief specialist of department of federal lands of Management of the state and municipal lands, was the adviser, the deputy head of department of state lands of the State committee of the Russian Federation on land policy.

In 2000 passed to a position of the head of department of lawmaking works of Management of a land reform, worked as the deputy head of department of a land reform. Till 2004 worked as the head of department of lawmaking works and normative and methodical providing Department of land policy of the Ministry of the property relations of the Russian Federation.

2004: The deputy head of department in Rosimushchestvo

In 2004 it was appointed the deputy head of department of real and personal estate of the Federal agency on management of federal property and worked at this position up to 2007.

2007: Deputy CEO "FT-center"

From 2007 to 2008 held a position of the deputy CEO for questions of differentiation of state-owned property on the earth and regional development in Directorate of Federal State Unitary Enterprise "The federal computer center of share and commodity information technologies (FT-center)".

2008: The Deputy CEO in RZhS fund

In 2008 passed to a position of the Head of Department of land resources and a real estate. Till October, 2015 held a position of the First Deputy CEO of Federal fund of assistance to development of housing construction (RZhS FUND).

2016: Deputy manager of Department of science, prompolitiki and entrepreneurship of Moscow

Since September, 2016 held a position of the First Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship. Performed the general management, coordination and control of work of management of industrial policy and financial and analytical management.

2017: Head of Department of science, prompolitiki and entrepreneurship of Moscow

In February, 2017 Alexey Fursin is appointed the Head of the Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship.

2018: Head of Department of an entrepreneurship and the innovative development of Moscow

In December, 2018 the Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship was reorganized and separated into two. Under the decree of the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin from department the department of an entrepreneurship and the innovative development which was headed by Alexey Fursin is selected. The department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship is renamed into Department of investment and industrial policy.
