Biography

Was born on January 8, 1972 in Leningrad. Graduated from the Highest naval school of radio electronics of A.S. Popov in "radio engineering means", received MBA at the Moscow institute of the international business at the All-Russian academy of foreign trade. Knows English also German languages.

Served in Armed forces of the USSR and Russia.

After transfer to the reserve worked as the engineer in MTU-Inform company, headed the direction on business development in the Russian system integrator Step Logic.

2011: Deputy manager of DIT of Moscow

In 2011 it is appointed the deputy manager of DIT of Moscow in Artem Yermolaev's team.

Graduated from the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in "the public and municipal administration", received MBA at the Moscow institute of the international business at the All-Russian academy of foreign trade and at the Moscow school of management Skolkovo. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

• design and operation of city information systems, technical and service user support

• development and implementation of electronic document management, single mail system and technology of the electronic digital signature

• support and development of city multiservice networks

• development of city contact center

• organization of a city video surveillance system, support and operation of the Uniform center of storage and data processing

• operation and development of a regional system of interdepartmental electronic interaction

• development of the systems of an emergency communication and notification

• rendering public services via television devices

• monitoring of use of the city systems and resources

• providing with necessary computing resources, including using city data processing centers

• information security support

• utilization of the computer equipment and an output of systems from operation

He is married, brings up two sons.
