The businessman John Donakhyyu was born in the city of Evanston (the State of Illinois, the USA) on April 30, 1960. More than 30 years he took the leading positions in the different companies, including was the CEO and the president of EBay. As of February, 2017 Donakhyyu is the chairman of the board of directors of PayPal Holdings and joins the board of Nike and Intel.

2017: Appointment of ServiceNow as the CEO

On February 27, 2017 the ServiceNow company which is engaged in rendering cloud services for business process automation announced John Donakhyyu's appointment the new CEO. The statement for replacement of the leadership brought down the quotations of the company as, according to analysts, the new CEO considerably reduces chances of sale of vendor.

Frank Slootman who long time ran ServiceNow will remain in the company at a position of the chairman of the board. According to him, the Board of Directors began implementation of the plan for replacement of the leadership two years before. Donakhyyu will officially head ServiceNow in April, 2017.

Change of the CEO of ServiceNow happens against the background of mastering of new areas by the company, such as management systems for transactions and personnel resources.
