Biography

Vyacheslav Kasymov was born in 1980. In 2002 graduated from engineering economics department of the Siberian university of telecommunications and information science in "Economy and management on telecommunications agencies", and in 2007 – the Corporate university of Rostelecom according to the RTK-Master program.

Work in the communications industry of the beginnings in 2004 from a position of the specialist of the marketing department and business development of the Siberian branch of Rostelecom, from 2005 to 2007 was headed by this department.

In 2007-2008 – the head of marketing department of the macroregion Siberia of MTS company. From 2008 to 2011 worked as the regional manager of the director, the CEO of the macroregion in Tele2-Russia company.

From May, 2011 to February, 2012 – the CEO of a business unit "Sky Link – the Northwest" (Delta Telecom).

2012: NSS and macroregional branch "Volga" "Rostelecom"

In February, 2012 it is appointed the associate director of macroregional branch "Volga" of Rostelecom company on mobile business. In April, 2012 at the same time headed NSS.

The Board of Directors of NSS company appointed in April, 2012 the CEO of the company of Vyacheslav Kasymov who will also continue work as the associate director on mobile business of macroregional branch "Volga" of Rostelecom company.

Rostelecom continues consolidation and optimization of a management structure by mobile business of the company. In 2011 in the Corporate center of Rostelecom the Directorate on management and development of wireless assets is created. In 2012 similar divisions are created at the level of macroregional branches which will coordinate management and development of under control mobile operators in the territory of activity of MRF. In February of the current year Vyacheslav Kasymov is appointed the associate director on mobile business of MRF "Volga" of Rostelecom company, and in April, 2012 he also headed NSS.

In plans of NSS for 2012 construction more than 1.1 thousand new base stations, from which 65% – the standard of third generation (3G). In comparison with last year amount of works on new construction will increase three times. 3G network will be under construction on a format that means fast deployment of networks of fourth generation after obtaining the corresponding licenses and frequencies.

Within consolidation of assets till July 1, 2012 it is going to complete legal and corporate procedures for accession Orenburg-GSM to NSS. Accession of the company will simplify a management structure and will provide synergy effect due to consolidation of resources with larger company. In 2011 Rostelecom brought to 100% the share in authorized capital Orenburg-GSM. Now the company services more than 120 thousand subscribers in the Orenburg region.

2017: Macroregional branch "Ural" of Transtelecom company

On January 30 Transtelecom, one of telecom operators in Russia, Makroregiona Ural announced Vyacheslav Kasymov's appointment to the Director's position to JSC Transtelecom Company and also to a position of the acting as the CEO of Maginfo Ltd (enters into TransTeleCom group).

Vyacheslav Kasymov is responsible for business development of Transtelecom in the territory of the Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Orenburg regions, Perm Krai, the Khanty-Mansi and Yamal-Nenets autonomous areas and also the North Kazakhstan area of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Among the main objectives facing Vyacheslav Kasymov – development and promotion of services and additional services for clients of the public, corporate sector and retail segment, increase in penetration of service of broadband access into the Internet in a zone of the existing technical scope, quality improvement provided service and services of subscribers.
