Biography

Kazikayev Valery Dzhekovich was born on November 13, 1954 in Moscow.

In 1976 graduated from the Moscow Mining institute.

In 1976-1979 – the graduate student of the Moscow Mining institute. Candidate of Technical Sciences.

In 1979-1984 – the associate professor of A-2 of the Moscow TECHNICAL COLLEGE plant at automobile works of Likhachev.

In 1984-1989 – the expert, the chief expert of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the chief expert of the State Committee on Education.

1989: CEO of MIRBIS

In 1989 – the founder and the first CEO of the Moscow international business school (MIRBIS).

1990: CEO of Vneshekonomkooperation

In 1990 – headed VEO "Vneshekonomkooperation".

In 1991 – the decree of the president of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev it is appointed the member of council on an entrepreneurship at the president of the USSR.

2013: Chairman of the board of directors "Baikal mining company"

In 2013 it is elected the chairman of the board of directors of the Baikal Mining Company.

For May 13, 2018 Kazikayev Valery Dzhekovich works as the independent non-executive director of Metalloinvest Management Company^[1].

It is divorced, two children^[2].
