In 2005 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), Faculty of Economics. In 2007 he graduated from the Higher School of Business of Moscow State University.

He began his career in 2005 at Zenit Bank as a leading economist.

In 2006-2007 worked as chief analyst at Rosgosstrakh.

Since 2007, he worked at National Cable Networks, where he worked from the head of the analytics department to the deputy general director.

2021

Deputy Minister of Digital Development

On May 11, 2021, by order of the government, Dmitry Kim was appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.
