Biography

Alexander was born on December 28, 1965 in Kostroma.

In 1989 graduated from the Yaroslavl medical institute.

In 2006 completed a course in UDTs "Kostroma State Technology University" on the subject "Legal and Organizational Support of Public Service".

From 1989 to 1990 the obstetrician-gynecologist in Maternity hospital No. 1 worked as the doctor-intern.

From 1990 to 2001 the obstetrician-gynecologist of Nikolsky local hospital worked as the doctor.

From 2001 to 2002 worked the leading specialist of department of the treatment-and-prophylactic help to the population of department of health care of administration of the Kostroma region.

In 2002 and for 2003 worked as the specialist of 1 category of department of licensing and quality control of medical activity of department of health care of administration of the Kostroma region.

From 2003 to 2004 worked as the head of department of compulsory health insurance of Maks-M Ltd.

In 2004 and for 2007 worked as the head of department of the treatment-and-prophylactic help to the population of department of health care of administration of the Kostroma region.

From 2007 to 2007 held a position of the deputy chief of department of health care on the medical preventive help to the population.

In 2007 and for 2008 worked as the acting as the chief executive of the Kostroma regional fund of compulsory health insurance.

From 2008 to 2011 worked as the chief executive of the Kostroma regional fund of compulsory health insurance.

In 2011 it is appointed the first deputy chief executive of territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Yaroslavl region, worked for 2012.
