Pavel Korchagin was born in the city of Dubovke of the Volgograd region.
Education
In 1986 graduated from MVTU of N.E. Bauman in Automatic systems.
In 1998 graduated from Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Career
From 1986 to 1992 Pavel Korchagin worked as the engineer, the research associate of the Research Institute of Special Mechanical Engineering (RISME), Moscow.
