Education

Biography

1996-2008

From 1996 to 2002, he served in various positions in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. He was awarded the medal of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation "For Military Valor" II degree.

2002-2008

From August 2002 to July 2008, Evgeny Kovnir was engaged in the development of information technologies in the media industry (projects for the informatization of TV channels, radio stations), working in the system integrator "I.S.P.A. Group" as head of the department, director in the direction.

2008-2011: Microsoft

From August 2008 to February 2011, Evgeny Kovnir worked at the Russian representative office of Microsoft, including developing cloud services and was the manager of Media & Entertainment.

2011-2012

2017: General Director of ANO "Digital Economy"
