Biography

Vitaly Krivenko – one of long-term partners of the CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise ITAR-TASS Sergey Mikhaylov. In 1993 Krivenko began work in the Mikhaylov and Partners PR-agency founded by Sergey Mikhaylov[1]. In 2000 held a position of the CEO of this agency (Mikhaylov at the same time remained the managing partner).

2006 - 2011: Work in the Russian Railway

In 2004 Sergey Mikhaylov left the PR-agency created by him, having become at first the adviser to the president of the Russian Railway, and then in 2006 – the head of the department of corporate communications. The same year to a position of the deputy of Mikhaylov passed into the Russian Railway also Krivenko.

In October, 2011 Vitaly Krivenko left the Russian Railway, however till September, 2012 still entered into Board of Directors of the edition of the Russian Railway "the Gudok Newspaper, follows from newspaper materials. According to Krivenko after left the Russian Railway, became the co-owner of the Mikhaylov and Partners agency again.

Story with the advertizing contract of the Russian Railway

One of the remarkable moments connected with Vitaly Krivenko's activity in the Russian Railway is his communication with Laysa company. In 2006 according to the results of closed competition in which only the companies to which sent the invitation of the Russian Railway participated Laysa received the 15-year sales contract of advertizing on objects of the Russian Railway.

Laysa works at the advertizing market since 1994. Till September of the 2006th when it became the exclusive advertizing contractor of monopoly, her founder SPARK calls Tekhinvest LLC which main owner, as of 2004, was the Fund of support of research and development on railway transport. Then Cyprian "Si Ti Drimz Ltd" became the owner of Laysa, and since 2008 it was replaced by also Cyprian Chuparosa Investments Ltd which in 2013 sold Laysa of City Sayn Group company.

As of December 31, 2013 Vitaly Krivenko, 42.5% – Vasily Tolstikov was a beneficiary of 47.5% of Chuparosa through a chain of the companies, and the remained 10% belonged to other beneficiaries, the Daley's RBC newspaper in 2014 wrote.

Krivenko said that he purchased a share in Laysa in December, 2012, how left the Russian Railway. The same was approved also in the Russian Railway: internal check at the choice of Laysa by the advertizing contractor of the Russian Railway was carried out, and "any violations it was not revealed", during work in Krivenko's Russian Railway was not a shareholder of Laysa.

2015: Ownership of railway media assets, entry into number of shareholders of New cloud technologies

As of 2015 Krivenko is the owner of 50% in Media Partner company which, in turn, owns a number of the structures which are engaged in production of newspapers and magazines about the railroad and for passengers of the Russian Railway (Arrow, "The October trunk", RZD-Partner) and also networks of newspaper booths ("Automated workplace Beep") near the station and distributions of the press in trains ("Reylvey Media").

In December, 2015 Krivenko became the owner of 10% of a share in the New cloud technologies company which is releasing a line of software products under the MyOffice brand.
