Biography

Roman Linin graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute majoring in "applied mathematics" and Higher School of Economics in "economy".

Since 2000 is a member of Association of the diplomaed corporate accountants (ACCA).

In 2006 he received MBA degree at the Harvard business school.

Worked in the corporate center of consortium "Alfa Group" and in PricewaterhouseCoopers company where he received the certificate of Association of the diplomaed corporate accountants (ACCA), then passed into the London department of Booz Allen Hamilton.

Worked as the CEO of the Russian movie theater chain "Kronverk Cinema". It belongs to A1 Investments company, division of direct investments of consortium "Alfa Group" where Roman was an associate director on asset management.

Held a post of the director of investments of a private equity fund of Elbrus Capital. There it was responsible for capital investments and management of portfolio companies.

On February 9, 2015 the IXcellerate company, the operator of the Russian neutral data center, announced Roman Linin's appointment to a position of the chief financial officer. He joined a team of heads which part the operating officer Fokin Dmitry and the CEO Willner Guy are.

In February, 2018 it is appointed the CEO of Rambler Group — structure which will be created during 2018 as a result of consolidation Rambler&Co, film network Cinema Park, "Formulas of Cinema" and publishing group "Alphabet Atticus". In more detail here.
